Terms & Conditions

- By registering for our workshops you understand that your seat will be reserved only upon receipt of full payment by the due date.
- Due to the high demand for workshops, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once payment is received. 
- Due to seasonal availabilities, some flowers/plants may be substituted for a flower/plant of equal beauty, quality and price.
- If you are unable to attend the workshop your seat may be transferred to another friend/family member, simply let us know the contact name and email/phone number of the new participant as soon as possible.
- Please arrive promptly to all classes. Classes must start on time so as to not cause inconvenience other students or delay other classes. Should you arrive after the allocated starting time you understand that our teacher may not be able to repeat content and no refunds or partial refunds will be given.
- If Blooms & Blossoms must cancel the workshop for any reason; a full refund will be given for the workshop amount only. We are not liable for any travel, or other expenses associated with attending the workshop.
