Delivery
Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, unless otherwise stated. Please note that same-day delivery options may be limited to our available stock.
Unless otherwise specified, BLOOMS & BLOSSOMS is closed and does not offer delivery services on the first three days of the Chinese New Year.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all delivery services will be suspended. Our team will contact you via email or phone to reschedule your delivery.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, please understand that delivery may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a delivery cannot be completed—due to reasons such as an incomplete or inaccurate address, unavailability of the recipient, lack of recipient contact information, or refusal to accept the delivery—our team will reach out to you to resolve the issue. A second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day, and a fee may apply at our discretion. Any further delivery attempts will be subject to additional re-delivery charges.
If a third party is involved in the delivery process (e.g., a hospital or office reception), the signature of any person authorized to accept deliveries on behalf of the organization will be considered proof of delivery to your intended recipient.
Delivery Charge
BLOOMS & BLOSSOMS is committed to delivering your floral arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency. Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

New Territories: HK$100

Outlying Islands (e.g., Discovery Bay, Chek Lap Kok, Tung Chung): HK$400
For online orders with a delivery address in the outlying islands (outside of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories), additional charges may apply. Our team will contact you with further details.
Return Policy
As flowers are perishable and natural items, all sales are non-refundable. If an order is delivered and the recipient is not completely satisfied with the quality of the arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a full exchange, provided a valid reason is given. Delivery charges for exchanges will be determined at our discretion.
Change of Order
Orders may be amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To make changes, please contact us using the details provided in your confirmation email or on the Our Stores page of our website.
Cancellation of Order
BLOOMS & BLOSSOMS does not offer refunds on cancelled orders.
