In collaboration with Le Dessert, this set features An American classic reinvented by Pierre Herme aka "The Picasso of Pastry", featuring his signature Ispahan flavor and a unique heart shape. Make your Mother's heart melt with this multi layer raspberry, rose and lychee cheesecake with a crumble base and a pink chocolate coating.

The Recipe

The different layers feature a crumble “pate sable” base, raspberry infused ladies fingers biscuit, rose cheesecake, raspberry and lychee compote, a light cream of rose-flavored cream cheese, raspberry jam and an exotic coating. It’s coated with pink chocolate and is topped with a mini Ispahan Macaron, rose petals and fresh raspberries.

Our Ispahan cheesecake is suitable for 2 people. 

Our bundle contains the Nomade Montebello and a bouquet made by our partner Blooms & Blossoms. 

Storage and consumption

The Cheesecake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
